It was huge, for a star and was thinking wow it must be a planet. Thank you. Jupiter is a very large planet anyway. Much bigger than earth. In fact it's the biggest in the milky way.
That's the dust cap sitting on the eyepiece, the phone just straps on with the bands and you line up the phone camera lens. Not much to it really, it's obviously a feature and designed to do it, so not sure about your brand. Surely there's videos on YouTube or websites on astro photography using your brand of telescope?
Ah yes I see. I have since been on YouTube etc and have a universal phone mount ordered that should do the job. Now all I need to do is wait around for another supermoon 😀
I took shots of the blood moon (not the least one) several years ago, out in the freezing cold 4 am 300mm camera lens. I made some slight alterations that was my way of watermarking it. The Independent newspaper online the next day...there's one of my photos and some Stewart fella working for them, came onto my socials, robbed my shots and took the credit.
Strongly worded email later, I got an apology and they were under the impression they were stock photos. Edit was made on the webpage, got my credit but because my name is close to the fella who ripped me off, they still got it wrong 🙄 lol
The bright object below it in the east at the moment is Jupiter.

What Lens are you using?
I have a Celestron 22203 reflecting telescope. The dust cap doubles as a phone holder. Just line it up and use the phone timer to take the snaps.

could you take a picture of it? I have a dobsonian telescope but I can't figure out a good way to take photos through it

It's waning, yes, Full Moon was last night. Fun fact: there are 13 Full Moons this year, with two in May (1st and 31st).
