Ski long jumping. It has been in the Olympics for a long time. The size of the skis and the way the hold themselves forward off the jump, allows them to float down the landing.
Just a very wide camera lense, with red bull logo you can normally assume weird things are actually happening, when it is ai they normally have trouble getting the logo right. Has to be everywhere to be legit

They can steer with their skis like a boat sail but they mainly focus on lift to stay up as long as possible
