Usually they ask for PUC as Delhi is gas chamber I say my bike is new they let me go... and I do not rev near police.. so bike is silent when you pull the clutch.

Bike idle is at at 1.3k rpm when the bike is warmed up it doesn't sound sound loud at idle.
