It's weight is 1575 and it's large where as website says 1675g for large. Hence I am confused if it's geniune or not. There were other colour options of 1675g too just this one is 1575g.
No Indian can make a first copy quality product of SMK typhoon with this much detail as shown by you and sell you for under 4k. There is no margin for them. Genuine one is already low cost.
In any industry, fake copies are made mostly for bigger and expensive brands and not for local low budget products.
You'll find fake Nike, Puma etc but not local brands.
Same goes for riding gears, You can get copies of Dianese, Alpinestar, AGV but not for Rynox, DSG, Axor, SMk because these are local brands with low price tags.
Local shop owners don't follow shell - padding sizing rules. They put any size padding in a shell of any size to sell. This is a S/M shell with XL padding. In reality SMK has 2 shell sizes, one is till medium only. To confirm it, pull apart the side fabric near the bluetooth earpiece mount area slightly and you should see a yellow sticker on the EPS with the shell size written on it.
I bought the same helmet a few months back. Based on pictures you showed, it looks genuine. From tags to pattern/colors, all good.
Reg. the mismatch in details. Probably the store replaced the Shell from another helmet due to stock availability. Apparently stores are allowed to do this. The store I went to buy was also swapping padding and D-Ring to another customer.
You most likely have a Large size shell with XL size padding.

tbh you should be glad you got the smaller shell with the larger padding, 1675g really wrecks the neck on long rides

the weight thing goes on this way
generally there are 2-3 shell sizes in every helmet
the rest are configured by padding
lets say xs and s have the same shell
xs will have a thicker padding as compared to s to compensate for size.
