Oh hey this happened in my country, the driver was a drunk 17y/o that stole his moms car and last i saw he still has not been arrested

Edit:he was 18 and not drunk but had many illegal substances in his sistem and also apparently threw away about 60 blunts when he ran away, the people in the car that got hit are both alive the passenger had minor injuries and the driver had more severe injuries but is expected to make a full recovery

I mean this is nuts, and this guys an asshole the other person could have been seriously hurt. It did remind me of when I was in grad school over 20 years ago and (was completely sober and it wasn't my fault) but got hit and my car flipped over like this, pedestrian pulled me out the window and I bolted 2 blocks to home and then called 911. Fight or flight does some real weird shit to you and makes you do shit you'd never guess you would do. They showed up and took me to the hospital, I had second degree burns because I was pulling out of a dunkin drive thru and had a coffee that the accident caused it to spill on me.

I'll never understand how people can do that. Just leave someone who could possibly be dead or dying… I don't care if I'm at fault- I'm running over to check on them. I hope this person gets caught

Wow that really sucks. it's not even a typical accident that could happen, as in you hit someone in the back or they hit you in the back or a lane change, or even one person didn't yield then they were supposed to

It is literally minding your own business , not even in motion or in the middle of the road and you get hit out of nowhere
