I bought a very short Nike crop top with matching shorts from Eros over a year ago and still wear them. The crop top can be worn casually (depending on what else I'm wearing). Any other "lingerie" I've ever bought has been a wear once and then it falls apart type of thing. Just cheap and over priced. So yeah, I agree with Eros (though I worked off Spencer Hwy so it was really just convenient for me, haven't been anywhere else to compare).

If that’s Cindie’s on Washington they have a bit of everything and their sales associates have always been top notch and incredibly knowledgeable in any of their stores I’ve been in, plus they sell Lelo, which is such a great brand. (Or they did - it’s been a minute since I was in one of their stores.)
If they don’t have it and you’re looking for something more specific they may have recommendations on where to go.
The important thing is to experiment, even with stores, to find the one that you two enjoy the most.

Just make sure you don't buy 6 or more "obscene devices". You can buy 5, leave the store, and come back for the 6th +. Some stores won't sell 6 at a time. You can separate, with you and your wife buying 5 each individually to bypass that law in the case you need 6 or more things to get it on. My husband and I went to pleasure zone recently for a similar excursion you describe in your post, but more than half of the store were outfits and clothes dedicated to exotic dancers. There’s a little entry way toward the back/side part of the store with some lingerie and toys. We grabbed some items there anyways but it felt mostly catered to the exotic dancer customer base. We used to go to Adam and Eve that was on Westheimer but it’s not there anymore.
I like Hustler Hollywood. They are a bit pricey but the staff is knowledgeable and it’s the only store that has changing rooms for you to try stuff on before buying but. And the stores are nice.
