What could be wrong? The starter motor spins, but the engine won't start.

  • Send a longer video of it trying to crank because I can’t personally tell from this short clip

Id say thats typical of a bad fuel pump or fuel filter. Alternatively a bad head gasket, as it cranks unevenly which has me worried. Its definitely not the starter.

EDIT: Upon hearing it once more, it definitely is low on compression in 1 or 2 cylinders. Did you overheat it? Hard throttle on a cold engine?

Does this always happen or only if the car sat for a while?

Please look into your oil and coolant to make sure they didnt become a milkshake and that they're at the correct levels.

If those are fine, see if hold the ignition for 5s, then shut it off, then repeat 2 or 3 times and try to start again. If it starts up fine then itll probably be your fuel system.

I cant give you a 100% diagnosis without running tests on it myself, but those should give you a heads up on whats causing this and will ultimately need a visit in the shop
