Super cheap and easy, so you can try both. I can't decide which I like better. Neither needs lube. The commercial version is bigger, but the texture is not as good as the modifed condom with lube inside that is tied off.

The length of the water snake I bought at Dollar Tree is 5 inches. I have seen some on Amazon that were advertised to be 4 inches.
The Magnum condom is about 3 inches once you insert yourself.
