Turn off the phone, blow into the port a few times. Make sure you don't have any trash in it, I usually clean it with a needle, do it carefully. Turn on your phone. If the issue still exist, there is a small chance, you have a liquid inside of your phone
Try not to make your charge port wet?
At least we have protection for these now, they don't just fry the insides instantly

I have these same issue, somethings wrong with your charger plug and cable. Get a new one, preferably from the 0hone supplier

Use a warm fan into a cable, maybe for 5 minutes and then leave it alone for some ~30 minutes around or longer and then is think is can fix it
