I'm really confused because I played a couple games this morning with my Vampire deck, with no issues but when I just now opened the app my deck is 4 provisions over. I went through the changes from the balance council and I'm not seeing any of the cards in my deck being affected by that. Are there cards that increased provisions that weren't mentioned? Is it common for these provision increases to happen without explanation?

Exactly. Happens all the time. You'll see a warning that the patch failed to load on startup (at least in the Android version).
It looks like you might’ve opened up an older version of the game somehow? There’s changes here that are from past versions

Do you know how to screenshot the full deck? I have 3 pics posted above that shows my full deck. I have a lot of fun with it but it doesn’t have things like a lock, reset or heatwave. But it still has a decent win rate.
Basically I try to save the unseen elder and Vereena for the last round, but it depends on the situation and draw of course. Having a long round 2 helps build Regis to max points. Fleders combined with unseen elder and one of the cards that does blood moon is a great way to have them continue to gain points on their own. Usually I can win round 1 with just a fleder and 4-5 provision cards. Protofeder is good to play right after Oriana if you had a lot of vampires already on the board. It’s just a fun one to play with and is my go-to.
