I did the same thing to my ak and for some reason my charging handle will lock when fully charged. Just have to slap it forward and it operates totally fine

I have one of these. AK-103 I was surprised at how it fired so softly compared to it's older AK-47 brother. Truly a pleasure to shoot.

Don't go PSA. It's like the second worst AK out there. There are a vast plethora of options that don't have QC issues like PSA. And if you toss out reliability for appearance you'll get neither.

Not really an "AK guy", I love my Swedish 6.5 too much.

That said, I am envious of all the ways you can keep an AK running. The bungee cord recoil spring replacement trick always make me shake my head in wonder.

So, two questions.
How accurate is your rig at 200m?
Did you have to sacrifice any of the famous AK resiliency for accuracy?

I was able to keep a 2-3 inch group at a hundred yards. Haven’t been to the range that has the 2 and 3 hundred yard lanes with this setup on the gun yet
