You can change NTW-20 for Zas, G11, G41 with speq… and maybe don’t use welrod, I will say ribeyrolles, any AR from DEFY, EM-2, G36 or MDR with speq are better… but you can do what you want.
It may involve leveling some if the dolls up from your suggestion and maybe running some exercise to basically make an echelon stand against a soecific enemy group need clearing

Generally, its not good to mix and mach echelons without really knowing what you're doing. Ive seen some RF/SG teams but generally you should stick to AR/SMG, RF/HG and MG/SG.
For this specific team i would swap NTW and Welrod with AN-94 (or other dps AR) and M4A1 (or another AR that buffs others)
Eh. I think you trying to do to many things with one squad.
Why try to stall with 3 tanks. And bamboo with ntw And trash burst with hk.
Outside of that i dont think ya need to worry about powers for new events
