i just want to know how to use C-93, X95, Kord, XM8, IDW, and PPSh-41.
Aside from that, I want to know Dolls with "perfect accuracy", what is "bamboo" AR, and where the "Bamboo" park comes from.

Most of these dolls you wouldn't want to use over better options but if you just want to know how they're used:
C-93 is a weird but ok buffer, pairing with Px4 often works decently.
X95 has interesting targeting but is generally useless. If you want to use her she's okish at finishing off low HP, low evasion enemies after another doll has done most of the damage (like a grenadier).
Kord is a great AOE MG and fits into MGSG echelons or gunboat MGHG echelons when facing KCCO enemies. She's very good at all if the enemy has a moderate to high evasion stat but vs low or no evasion army she's cracked
XM8 is a decent grenadier when modded
IDW is a powerful evasion tank if you get her mod3 and her speq set, before that she's trash. She's outclassed but still quite good
PPSh-41 can be very good if you have her mod3 and her speq set, most notably when in Toy fairy echelons to buff AUG Para and other SMGs but she's also a decent grenadier in general.

There are quite a few perfect accuracy dolls, it'll say in their skill if they are. No point listing them all here, especially since you realistically don't need surehit that often. AS VAL and M240L are two of many examples.
A bamboo is normally a rifle which charges up and then deals a single powerful shot of damage. Common examples are NTW-20 or Carcano 91/38. A "Bamboo AR" is the same, but very few ARs have this skill. The one most commonly used and referred to is AK-15 mod, who deals a single instance of 25x or 50x linksplash damage to the highest damage enemy.
IDW is outclassed by almost everyone, even with MOD III, because of her buff tiles. She used to have more Evasion than Suomi because of her higher base stats (despite the Evasion skill from 2* having way lower multiplier than the 5* ones), but it changed with Suomi's SPEQ. You could use her with both SCARs, since they can do much damage alone that she isn't so much of a liability.
To make Papasha viable, not only do you need to upgrade her to mod III with exclusive equipment, but you also need to have four other very specific SMG T-Dolls and a fairy that is difficult to obtain.
There are many other T-Dolls that are much easier to level up. Unless you are a Papasha simp, I would recommend leveling up other SMGs such as the Ro-635, UMP45, P90, or Suomi.
