As an 18 year old, I find him obnoxious. Well, I find his online persona obnoxious. He's obviously playing a character like Speed does and I'm sure the real him is a genuinely good guy.
Same, I do know it’s a character though because when he drops the character he’s honestly quite a joy to watch (imo). Obviously he rarely does drop the character, but as his fan base gets older and grows up, I would hope he can figure out a way to make the character more mature. I would love to watch him in a few years if he could manage that.
I mean GD didn't need carrying. But CR might actually need it. The devs dont focus on player experiences but rather on just getting as much money as possible. Completely different than how RobToo does things
I watched a video on this earlier today, it's probably not entirely due to Jynxzi but apparently the active GD playerbase has increased by 633% since Jynxzi started streaming it, a far larger proportional increase than any game Jynxzi has streamed (probably due to the relatively small playerbase).
One game doesn’t define how good you are. It’s the long consistency over multiple seasons. And he obviously has the skills to push and climb into top 10k pretty reliably.
And with direct pros helping him he pushed into top 1k. Definitely not him and just the pros, but I’m saying this as an upper bound.
I’m pretty sure even if you’re a top 2k-5k player if you get into a bad matchup against him you would probably lose.

I beat Deadlocked 3 coins right before Jynxi started playing GD, so now I have bragging rights a little bit at school because they're migrating to GD after the Clash Royale Heroics update.
