  • Can anyone suggest me a new hardest (preferably a middle medium demon) My current hardests are deadlocked and Toe 2. My strongest gamemodes are ship and maybe wave.

    Tier 8 medium demon with both wave and ship chokepoint. If you can do the wave and ship part, the rest of the level should be free.

  • I'm not sure if IAtA for doing this, but here's a very specific set of cases I just went through:

    I get contacted by a well known layout creator to cover a song. We discuss how l may want to record the song, as I am whitelisted on NG and also a helper for the SFH.

    Minutes after we finish discussing, the layout creator submits the level's song to the SFH. He doesn't say that I'm going to cover the song in the submission notes. Hours later, another SFH helper adds the song to the site and Jukebox.

    Over 1 week later, I submit my cover preview onto NG. I make it known that I won't be finishing the whole thing at once. He is understanding and likes my cover, but he doesn't use it in his layout yet.  Another month passes, and I remind him once more. He still doesn't change it to my cover.

    Fast forward to a few days ago, where I begin going on a little "power trip" of sorts. I go into the SFH backend and manually change the Song ID to my cover. I also make the statement to the layout creator that, even though it's my fault for not finishing the recording, I say "I feel like you're not giving me any chances at all."

    He does apologize after I make that statement, claiming that he forgot to do so. At the end of that day, he does change it, well after 900 downloads were achieved. I also apologized to the layout creator for going on quite the tangent.

    So... AITA here? Regardless of if I were one or not, what should've been done better by me?

  • i beat eclipse by vit12 as my 113th extreme and 1108th demon in only 917 attempts!!!!! :D

    after the atrocity i beat that was phobos (which was obv my last extreme and i'm still very glad i ended up beating that level lmao), every extreme i play now will be like the best thing ever, and this level WAS an example of it being that LOL. obviously it ain't the best level ever gp wise, but i still like it to an extent. the drop is really fun coupled with a short predrop that's not too boring either (at least i found it that way when playing this :b), and the ending wave is really fun! some of the middle parts of the level is where all the flaws in this come from. the wave starting at 54 with the speed changes is genuinely miserable and i HATED trying to sit through that shit. plus, the dual not long after i found to be really janky imo. it felt like it didn't work half the time but thank fuck i fluked this shit from 62 lmfao. the ship in the middle of the level with the colorful moving objects and spikes and most of the parts before it are actually pretty fun which bring up my enjoyment with this level A LOT, plus me fluking it ofc lol :b

    since i'm about to hit 100 extremes beaten this year once i beat 3 more, i will just grind easy extremes for a bit more during my training arc! carbon by waffl3x is next, which is actually an extreme i've had my eye on for a while ever since tech beat it 3 and almost 4 months ago atp... but yeah, that level is next! ;)

    Another 5th hardest back to back (between SWU and ICDX, but closer to SWU). I really enjoyed most of it, but the wave is just such a choke point from 0. Dying 2x92%, 90%, 89%, 81%x2 also didn't make it better, but I'm still going to give it a 7/10 in enjoyment. Funnily enough I didn't beat the first one (and never plan too, it's crap), I always preferred the 2nd, and it's my favourite one in the series, idk why it's forgotten about so much.
