I ordered an AutoFull gaming chair directly from their website on Sunday, and today is Friday.
Since the order was placed, the status has been “preparing for dispatch”, and I haven’t received any tracking information yet.
I know this is still relatively early and possibly within their normal processing time, but I’ve seen several people online mentioning similar situations, which made me a bit unsure.
So I wanted to ask:
Is this normal for AutoFull, and did you receive your chair without issues even if it stayed in “preparing for dispatch” for a while?

I order my M6 in October and i receive it wtihout any delays. Try to send them a ticket and ask about your order. What chair you got and where is your local?

I’ve already contacted support via email and Instagram, but so far I haven’t received a clear answer. Good to know that your M6 arrived without issues – that’s reassuring. I’ll wait a bit longer and see what support says.
Yeah i got problem with my chair after and support is answering very hard and only like 2 reply/day. Im uk located and usually they reply around 3-4am and again around 8-9am
Just got confirmation that my order has shipped. Took 9 days from order to shipping.
I order the M6 Ultra 2.0 on Saturday 12/13. Still has not shipped. I messaged the Company and they first told me 1/16/2026 and they offered me $30 for inconvience but I told them I want to cancel, then they came back and told me I will have it by the end of the year. I dont mind if it takes longer, as long as it is stated when I purchase it. The website made it seem it would be delivered in a week. When I go on website and look at the buying options, it says Delivery bt News Year. I am in Nevada, USA. I spent 599 and i expect a little bit of customer service. I understand this is the brand new upgraded model, but dont say it is in stock if it isnt. I ordered a Secret lab Magnus pro desk and it was delivered in 4 days. If you are going to be a highend company then you need to have highend service, like secretlabs.
How did you contact them, I used the email on their website and for 3 days no reply.
They have a chat option on website. It took a couple of hours to get response.
