Passing is the same as "overtaking" where you go into an opposing lane to get in front of a slow vehicle. On blind corners, you'd obviously want to ban this practise with one of those signs.

When I was a kid they had a assembly about how dangerous drinking & driving was..... Only lil kid me didn't realize it was for booze
Later that day my mom was driving me somewhere & was drinking a diet coke.... I was freaking out like "omg do you know that's illegal & dangerous & how could you?!?!" She was really confused & when I told her about the dangers of drinking & driving she had a good laugh & explained to me what it really meant :p
For years I thought the Deer Xing sign was pronounced Deer Zing. I had no idea what a Zing was except that it was something to do with deer. One day i heard someone in the car see the sign say Deer Crossing and I was WTF!
I swear I seen a video several years ago of a girl on tv asking why they would have a animal crossing sign on the highway because it was extremely dangerous
I'm glad Drew Gooden broke out with that silly joke because he's such a nice and hilarious dude, he deserves all the (relatively moderate) youtube success he's been having.
He’s by far the best of his immediate cohort in my opinion (without any criticism to them, they’re all good), it’s a shame he has fewer subscribers/viewers than most of them. His stuff is great, and he’s generally not afraid to call out the deeper issues behind whatever silly thing the current video is on.
Had someone slam on their breaks from 60 to 40 mph on the freeway today. I of course also breaked in time, but when they continued going 40 mph with no reason in sight, I was very mad. And everyone started passing from the end of the break-slamming line, so it took a long while before I had the chance to pass them, too.
I can only imagine they were also drawing a bridge. Or more likely, texting.

I've seen it in the UK. It was pretty surreal because it was in the middle of nowhere near Cotswolds on my motorbike around midnight in winter.
