I've modified the design to include a couple of dummy outlets. This allows for a place to store the plugs while not charging and keeps the plugs off the counter or just dangling.

Simple hardware store adaptor plug that allows you to turn on/off appliances with a switch. Common in my country.
Oh, that smart plug has nothing to do with the shavers. There's a space heater plugged into that and it is controlled by Home Assistant.
