TFP Megatron ultimately showed remorse for his actions and redeemed himself choosing to banish himself from Cybertron and end his feud with the Autobots once he was reminded what true oppression feels like. Pong Krell was a sadistic, arrogant piece of garbage till the very end even talking crap to Rex because he couldn’t bring himself to execute him.

Pong. Megatron is willing put aside past issues to accomplish his goals, such as aligning himself with Optimus Prime to fight Unicron in Transformers Prime, and welcoming back the wayward Starscream in the same cartoon.
Pong Krell. Last posted I just commented on, I was literally talking about how this bastard tricked clones into shooting at each other and took pleasure out of the pain and suffering it caused them. Coupled with his callousness towards the clones in general, and his inability to recognize the sacrifices of clones such as Hardcase, it was really satisfying to have a clone that was blindly loyal to him eventually shoot and kill him after everything he did to the clones.
Pong Krell. By the end of Transformers Prime, Megatron realized the true meaning of oppression and thus lost his taste for inflicting it, ended the Decepticons, and exiled himself so Cybertron could flourish
Megatron is peak,Pong Krell is the worst mistake mankind has ever made,compared to him what the jews had to go through in ww2 seems like nothing,that's my opinion
I…I feel like people are a bit biased. I want you to remember, TF megatron KILLED cybertron. He also completely disregarded the lives of his subordinates, knowingly aided and abetted torture (admittedly of humans so idk if it counts for cybertron law) and attempted to destroy earth life via cyberforming
TFP Megatron is pretty bad, but he wouldn't ever betray his own men. Of his mismatched lot, he's the most honorable as far as being upfront with his desires/true motives goes. He's smart enough to play to his untrustworthy henchmen's weaknesses and never leave them out of sight for too long.
Pong Krell let his grief over the Republic's eventual fall make him into a more spiteful cunt than any Sith could hope to be.
His hatred of clones in particular isn't entirely misplaced given it'd be by their hands that the Jedi order fell, but one would wonder why he never voiced these concerns to the others or took any other course of action. -this commenter calls Cowardice.
Prime Megatron had fairly noble intentions before he started doing drugs and ended up regreting his actions, pong smell on the other hand...we all know his sins.
