I like that you incorporated a lot of native plants in with some pathways; it’s giving off a cottage garden vibe. Give it a year or two and it’s really going to look stunning.
Looks great! From another Texan doing the same with my 1/2 acre suburban lawn. Except I’m about to start year 3 trying new plants the deer won’t eat and getting a fence.
I'm from Tennessee so I want the opposite of what I'm used to. So I like those yards with like 1 tree and some clean spaced bushes and a few plants in-between the bushes. And a big area of grass

Thank you! Cottage was the goal. It's definitely coming together and the maintainence has been really light to get it to grow how I want it to.
Good job
Plants!
Texas sage, dwarf loropetalum, Salvia (2 species), Turks cap, Texas lavender, frog fruit, lantana (3 species), guara, rock rose, zebrina, dusty miller, Texas mountain laurel, sulfur cosmos (just trimmed but they're coming back), coral honeysuckle, among many others.
Good list
