Delaware is a flat state with (for now) a lot of undeveloped farm land. There are several north-south rail coordinators that connect to Amtrak's Northeast Coordinator in the North. Talk about blank slate for building density close to the beach.
What if I told you - if there is no road, there is no congestion.
That area oughta have some rail, even in the off seasons its all stroady nonsense.
I'm so tired of seeing debunked fear mongering opinions from opponents presented uncritically in journalism.
I will die happy if just once in my life I get to read "opponents say it will cause traffic Armageddon... Here are several examples/studies of similar past projects that faced the same fear mongering that didn't come true".
i think journalism is dead. nobody asks questions anymore.
