I think your pic is of the first version of Unicorn Galaxy. I recall the second version being less pastel with dark swirls in it. I saw both versions at a pen show a few months ago. I don’t know where to find a pic of a finished version of 2.0 off the top of my head, though.
That might be the case but the only other revision I found of unicorn galaxy was super light. I don't think either is a great representation of what we would get.

I’d be interested in getting the pocket pen still, but not in the same resin as the Magico. Ideally, I’d love it if anyone buying one could pick their own resin. I realize that’s probably unrealistic and/or cost limiting.
yeah no that's not possible, prolly we'd be limited to the resins already in stock. Which would mean 175 euros plus addons for the pockets made with boutique resins or 150 euros plus addons for the pockets made with "Italian resins". Idk I'll circle back when I hear from Salva let's see
I assumed it would have to be what was already available. I just keep hoping I’ll find a good pen made in the Unicorn Hair resin, which I know is not a favorite of most. 🤣
I don’t know that resin. I was thinking if for whatever reason either Leonardo or Brooks have a cap for the MMs they could make/provide we might also be able to do the pocket. I don’t know I am just speculating/rambling, let's see
I can't afford both but a matched set would be super cool. Now to save up for a Magico. The resins are all gorgeous.

I'm a fan of Copperline. Partly because I don't have another pen that remotely looks like it.
Or Arctic Blast, because it matches one of my favorite blue inks. 🤣 But none of them would be a deal breaker.

I already have a Momento Magico in Pithecusa which I like better than all of these resins and it has a factory CSI nib.
Mystic Soul Sucker has my vote!
How many pens does one batch of resin make?
I think most casters pour 6 at a time. More than that and it’s hard to mix and get into pressure pot on time. I am sure Brooks has several pots though. I usually only pour 4-5 for more complex pours.
Usually anywhere up to 12. Depends on the complexity of the particular mix and how many different colours need to be mixed up.

Man, I wasn't really much of a fan of Mystic Soul Sucker or Dragon Night until I saw finished pens in them, and now they're my top two. So damn good.
Dragon Night...only because I have a unicorn, abalone and Cenote resin in other pens and they are gorgeous.
