Also your comment in the image can be seen as quite rude, and taking out your user plus the comment would keep angry people (whether it's worth being angry or not) from attacking you
This sub is literally made for laughing at kids, and many people have posted the same type of content and got hundreds of upvotes for saying that sentence. People not seeing the OP's username is not my fault and I shouldn't be punished for that. A comment is really needed to clarify that I didn't steal this image from someone else and reposted it.
But if it's the rules? Like, you can have the opinion the rule is stupid but it is the rule and probably they mention this rule before posting. So no, it's not your fault that people don't see op's username but it's your fault to post something without reading/following the rules. If you don't like their rules, don't post there.
