Insomnia is my favourite sleeve, it's amazing. Headshot looks underwhelming to me, the orifice doesn't look that different from Insomnia based on the side-by-side comparisons I've seen, and the texture looks meh, it seems to be mostly same tightness the whole way through. But I haven't tried Headshot so it's hard to say for me.

Only flown with Headshot once and the main difference is it’s less tight in the throat. Insomnia is more intense.

Regal has the more stimulating texture but the tight choke point in Insomnia could make it more intense. Depends on you.

I’ve got both and I find them very similar, you won’t be disappointed with either, I’d go for which ever girl you prefer.
Okay, might go with Insomnia then, I can get her for $15 cheaper when buying without the case

I don’t know, I’ve just never understood all the hype for Insomnia because I never liked it no matter how many times I’ve used it.
Headshot on the other hand, I’ve lived from first use last week
What made you not like insomnia?
I just don’t think it feels good, it’s too tight feeling and that ruins it for me
