I feel like it's only once in a blue moon that I ever saw the Garo tokusatsu armors instead of the coats. But ever since the glam unlocking hit, now I've seen them twice in the wild this month. I feel like a few super niche outfits are going to get a slight resurgence now that people can start matching them more to the classes they actually play.

Yeah, the dyable versions are from PvP, but you can get non-dyeable versions in the Gold Saucer
As someone who would rather do frontlines than my daily roulette, sounds good to me.
There's an NPC called the Disreputable Priest; that's who you get the sets from. She's standing on one of the little docks.
