Did you make the bread too? Big fan of this recipe. Did you use an ice cream scooper? What do you think are the factors responsible for holding the falafel together? I find overnight in the fridge and enough onion and salt seem to do the trick but I'm still experimenting. Have you played with the seasoning ratios at all?
