I think its fabulous that people have chosen to use mini-suns to eliminate the effects of night time while driving their vehicles. Some smarter folk realized they could adjust the direction of the piercing bright beam of light to further its reach. Safety is an absolute must while on the road.
I want to thank those who utilize these headlights for making it impossible for every other vehicle to see properly. Because it seems everyone forgot, its YOUR road, you need the light for YOUR safety and convience.
I tell you what, if you need to have white hot beams to light up the road, STAY HOME. DO NOT DRIVE AT NIGHT. Problem solved!
For starters, turn the brightness on your devices way down, your burning your retnas.
2nd.. your lazers coming at on coming traffic is not the smarterst. What will you do when they lose control of their vehicle and hit you head on?
Personally, I will never adjust to seeing black dots after your lights shine in my face for what feels like an eternity.
For the ones who have been behind me...
I let off the gas. Yes, slowing down to piss you off. When i can see my floorboards at night as if it was day time, YOUR LIGHTS ARE NOT NECESSARY. I dont drive at night with the hopes of getting a tan. But keep riding my ass, ill slow to a stop. I dobt care. And yes sir! I am very intentionally adjusting my side mirrors. You can stare at the sun for awhile. Im sick of being blinded, your highness.
Feel free to properly readjust those headlights. Its for OTHERS safety for the beams to angle down and slighly inward. The drivers side angled inward just slightly more, to ensure oncoming traffic does not lose their eye sight and possibly causing a head-on collision.
So i know you think your king shit with the 19million candlewatt lighthouse search light on your car, but do the world a favor and DO NOT DRIVE AT NIGHT.
It would be a crying shame if headlight were found to be suddenedly spray painted black.
Just saying.
Sorry if theres too many typos. my vision in my left eye is still mostly dots.

There's definitely a problem going on as far as manufacturers not giving a fuck about how bright the headlights are and whether they're tilted properly. Just keep in mind that 99% of the people driving said cars are completely obliviously to the matter and you're essentially raging into the void.
The problem isnt actually the LED light themselves. I have aftermarket LED's on my and was worried they would blind others. But nope, tests with friends showed that they are not a problem. And in 1 year of driving, i've only ever been flashes 3-4 times.
The main problem is the mongoloids behind the wheel, not understanding that the headlights needs to be adjusted. Because they have then adjusted to high, that is what causes the blinding.

Are you aware this posted theee times? Is this like the text version of obnoxious high beams in your face? XD
After driving around blinded by oncoming vehicles for the last 10 or so years due to LEDs blinding TF out of me, I made the hard decision that the next vehicle I buy I want the sun when I turn on the headlights. I want to see their soul as I drive up to them. I want deer to be scorched with laser beams. I want to be able to light someone’s house as I pass by….. I’m REALLY struggling not to mount light bars top to bottom to my current pos just to be a dick. Oh and idiots who don’t know how to dim their lights suck.
OEM LED headlights aren’t the problem.
It’s aftermarket LED headlights in an improper housing that cause problems and disperses the bright light in all directions.
Factory original (OEM) LED headlights are amazing and much, much safer than halogens. These lights have a sharp cutoff line and do not blind other drivers.
The problem is mainly the failure to focus the headlight beam at a suitably safe angle. Unfortunately, automakers lobbied the government to remove the requirement for faceted lenses to save costs, and of course the government complied.
IMO, safety standard ratings for vehicles should include whether they reduce the safety of others.
You don't like these super bright lights yet you slow down or stop when they are behind you, prolonging your exposure to them??
That's an interesting tactic.
"I hate getting sun burnt so when the sun comes out I walk as slowly as possible to maximize my expose time"
