Murder drones and helluva boss (both on prime and YouTube) the are both indie animated shows with the 2nd more adult but both are made for older audiences (no live action suggestions because I don’t watch many because a lot are lower effort for many valid reasons)
Game Changer. Yeah, it has a strong online presence, but purely as a TV show, I'd say it's pretty outside of the mainstream, and it's one of my favorite shows.
Sparkle On Raven: the Life of Drill Girl. Super funny fanime. Its not for everyone but its free on YouTube so I highly recommend people give it a chance. Shout out Shitty Kickflips for introducing me to this masterpiece.
Also: Kingdom, Venture Bros, The Shadow Line, Dead Like Me, Farscape, Firefly, Our Friends In the North, Yes Minister, The Thick Of It, Derry Girls, Girls, Bored To Death, City On A Hill, Ascension
Supernatural. It definitely is more famous than some other good shows, but it's a good watch anyway. It's on Netflix I believe if you haven't already heard of it
If you're into superheroes, try Smallville. It's basically clark kent (superman) growing up and learning how to use his abilities, but it's surprisingly very good (it can be corny at times) but when characters die its genuinely painful. It's a drama action
A boy gets framed for the biggest prank of the century, earning him detention for the whole year. He continuously sneaks out of detention so he can find the real culprit, only to find conspiracies.
