There's one listed for a couple thousand, there are no solds whatsoever. People can ask any price they want on eBay, that doesn't mean someone will ever actually pay it.
It is a rare VHS, but you're unlikely to get more than a couple hundred for any collectible VHS tape unless it's been graded and slabbed.
