Nope. "Non-crime hate incidents" are literally what they say, incidents that aren't punishable by law, but were still collected by the authorities.
I am more optimistic. This makes for a good precedent. If stupidity A can be scrapped, then so may B, C or D.
Needs more and the police officers and Politicians need to be banned. This is unacceptable for a democracy. Any country claiming democracy should put these individuals on a black list
