In late November it is possible the Ukrainians were kicked out from the northwestern outskirts briefly, but have been spotted in them again.
The area he is located at is marked as Ukrainian held by every major mapper, including proper Russian ones like Rybar. It is generally marked as 500-1000m from the greyzone.
