I'm more concerned about how NGICNS have decided to not publish details of what they are doing for the last few years,
He's still with the NHS but moved to an eating disorder clinic.
I hope that a) it was his choice and b) he brings as much energy to his new patients as he did while at Sandyford.

Please, to anyone in that situation, if you are able to and don't mind to, go to spain, Catalonia, here you can get an hrt prescription on one appointment of going to a specific department for trans people and wait list are of around 1 month (at least it was for me), so if you can and don't mind learning/know Spanish you will find support, they even offer free bottom surgery(with 5 years of wait approximately) but if your situation is so bad, just know at least one place you can go, also if someone knows more places comment it here so people know options that at least they can go(at least know what are the best for them based on proximity/language), all that said stay safe and hope that you all can get you gender affirming care in a safe and supportive environment

I'll deffo look into it but I need to try get a job first before I can splash like the hundreds it costs when doing it through private clinics.
The other option is way cheaper, but requires knowledge about HRT dosage.
