And one said that like a super high percentage of people with coprophilia (poop fetish) have insane levels of sexual trauma and basically a completely broken and unfixable psyche.
So having a poop fetish is apparently a quite reliable pointer for mental illness in depths you do NOT wanna know or get into.
I think it had to do with shit being a last resort protection mechanism against the constant rape. By making themselves filthy and unattractive they may be able to be safe from the assault which then spirals into literal shit being associated with safety and positive emotions.

Not everyone with mental health problems will ever seek services for mental health support.
But the desire to consume, insert, etc. feces into your body for sexual gratification is a paraphilia that presents in a disordered way, and one of the few “kinks” that solely present that way because it is incredibly disordered.
Not every kink/fetish is a paraphilia of psychosocial concern, but coprophilia certainly is.
