You can't even "steal" a recipe, anyway. Unless it's a trade secret, but in that case they're sure not posting it on Instagram. And even in that case, copycat and duplication attempts are fully expected. As long as there's no corporate espionage involved in getting it, that's just... food.
You can steal trade secrets as well. Reverse engineering has been a thing for probably over a century at this point
The thing with trade secrets, is they're well, secret. If they try and go after someone who figured it out, they'd have to admit exactly what the secret is in court. Which they wouldn't do because court documents are public record which would mean the secrets out.
I don't buy the story. How can you order something, and know it's the same recipe as that photo someone posted on IG? They don't even have a huge following (~2,500 people on IG), so the odds of someone recognizing it are even lower.
Would be really funny if she responded to the tag "on one of the creators posts", as the creator with "Oh yea I know her actually she is the original owner of the recipe so she didn't steal anything" or some such

Even if its a trade secret. Thats why coke is so secretive.
A set of instructions cannot be copyrighted, period. Because there is no wiggle room to create.
...and thats why the most basic site on the internet is a cooking site, and every celebrity has a cookbook.

Then everybody clapped
Careful I'm on a bus right now
