I have a husky/German shepherd mix and a much smaller chihuahua/pug mix who are a bonded pair (they were strays who were rescued together). The two of them have never so much as growled at one another and wouldn't hurt each other in a million years.
When they play, the big one will grab the little one's neck and it's really freaked some people out because they think it's an attack. Her mouth practically goes around the entire neck just because of the size difference. But there's no force being used, her mouth is totally soft and not actually applying any pressure.
And it's reciprocal. A minute later, the big one flops onto her back and the little one pounces and grabs her throat (and makes little noises that have also been mistaken for fighting), but it's the same completely gentle play "biting". They're just goofing around.
Friend of mine had a neighbor with some poorly trained huskies in the countryside. They came onto her property and killed both of her dogs, for open their stomached and ripped the entrails out.
My dog and cat do the same shit. The cat will ambush the dog and bite legs and then the dog will pin her to the floor until she cries and then they break and reset and do it like 3 more times.
I'm cheering for the bird. I love dogs, especially huskies, but also fuck dogs that are just small-animal murder-machines. My mom's dog would dig up and kill moles, rabbits, whatever wandered across her path. Couldn't be trusted around cats or any other pet besides certain dogs.
Meanwhile mine alerted me to a baby mouse abandoned on the carpet by laying in front of it and whining until I came over to look. He likes to chase but doesn't go beyond that to biting. He's a good boy. The dog in the video is a bad boy. >:(
I mean, not all dogs who are murder machines are indiscriminate against household pets. Some only chase birds or squirrels. Also, a lot of the common dog breeds were literally bred to do so.... If you wanna blame anyone, blame the dumbass owners for either getting in over their head or simply not caring enough to train their dogs to behave themselves. I don't like when the dog is blamed instead of the negligent owner.
Yeah. If you’ve ever seen working terriers go after rats and other pests on a farm you’d get it. Some breeds are literally BRED for behaviors because they were historically useful in that way. Pointers, Great Pyrenees, etc. Doesn’t make them evil. Which is why dog ownership is a huge responsibility.
Not me. I've been attacked by those murder chickens before. "Bird Brain" isnt the half of it and "goosing" someone became a term for poking your friend for a reason
Ive had to pick one up and put it in a stall before because today it woke up and chose violence.
Are you shitting me? The dog had several opportunities to kill that goose in a second. He had it by the neck at one point and chose not to give it a shake killing it instantly. It was stirring the pot and having fun lol
A dog of that size could cause immense damage without trying to hard. I have x2 120lb pit bulls that bite each other just like the husky in this video. They're playing, and know the difference between intentional harm. My dogs will chase and corner the chickens we have for fun but never hurt them. Usually lick them or give them nose boops. But a person watching from the outside without prior knowledge would think they're hunting to feed themselves until they actually catch up to the chickens
Bro, the dog shook feathers out of its mouth. Just because the bird somehow survived doesn't give you carte blanche to assume you know what the dog did or didn't want to do. Ripping feathers out isn't "playing", wtf is wrong with you?
Agreed. I’ve had a pair of huskies run into our pasture and start killing new lambs. My kids and mom (who is a senior citizen) were there in the middle of it, so I shot the dogs. Their owners claimed it was impossible, said “they’re good boys who would never do it!”, despite all the evidence before them.
The cops said the dogs had histories of escaping or running and attacking pets, livestock, and a fisherman. No idea how that’s acceptable.
most likely a pet. That husky absolutely could of murdered that goose if it was dinner before the lady even reacted. That husky wanted to play and the goose wasnt haveing it
Those fuckers are mean as shit. Years ago I went to a nice rehab that a pond and walking trail. There were some "tame" Chinese geese that lived at the pond but it was definitely their pond. They would let you get close but as soon as you crossed the line they were vicious.
That’s not playing behaviour the way he’s / she is after that duck, those dogs go after smaller animals like that, source; owned huskeys for a few decades.
Ironically, geese are better watchdogs than dogs. A friend of mine lived in a floating home, and every time he came home late at night, the geese would go berserk and wake up the whole marina.
Geese and Swans take no shit, they can be very unpredictable and do you a lot of damage. I'm not surprised it's not backing down, they're quite vicious.
I’ll stand by my point that old people shouldn’t have big dogs. You should never own something that could have complete dominance over you if it wanted.
Everyone gives Canadian geese shit but they're actually pretty chill. It's these white horned ones that are fukkin bastards. They'll take a kneecap out and I've seen them attack overly attentive toddlers. Avoid at all cost
My family has a goose.
She ain't fuckin with you and she makes that known.
She likes me tho. She'll come up and hang out and rub her beak on me like she's preening me....
While she's hissing like she wants to murder me.
It's so ridiculous. No one understands what's happening but they all think I'm brave for letting it happen.
For the misfits who say the dog plays, I tell them that goose died. He has deep wounds on his head and neck, I don't understand the funny thing, that goose was fighting for his life.
Goose was coming back for more! He was taking no prisoners he was well mad that dog get a hiding he soon won't forget he will quiver in fear at the mere future scent of a majestic goose. imagine if honey badgers and geese combined powers they'd be unstoppable
That goose doesn't know what's good for the gander.
That’s me.
Giulia! Noooo! Giuliaetta!!
I need to watch this video again 😭🤣🤣
I thought it was over when he had the neck
A dog's bite would instantly snap a goose neck if it wanted. Dog is stirring up shit for fun
As it’s a husky (or malamute), that description is spot on
My husky's favorite thing to do is bite necks for fun.

Edit: here they are
Chihuahua and pug mix?! I wonder how does that abomination even look like…
I googled it... Dumb af is the answer lol
I had a whippet pitbull mix. Their dog at least doesn't look like it's head is going to unbalance its body.
I feel like it’s eyes would be so far bugged out that they would basically be on eyestalks
It's a common mix where I live, obviously crossbreeds have tons of variation, but generally looks more respectable than pugs or chihuahuas
I just saw your two dogs..❤️ The little one looks like trouble ; )
Please post a picture of these babies
I should have done that already, haha

This made my day. Thank you!
So does my komodo dragon
Mine too :3
Huskies can also be lethal.
Friend of mine had a neighbor with some poorly trained huskies in the countryside. They came onto her property and killed both of her dogs, for open their stomached and ripped the entrails out.
Looks more like a Malamute to me, the fur is fluffy (a husky is usually more coarse), also the bulk..
I could be wrong, either way, both breeds are shit stirrers... god help you if they get board, or things go silent!
That’s fair. Thanks for pointing that out. I edited the comment.
Doggo definitely looks entertained
Maybe so, but a goose ain’t taking no shit though!
My dog and cat do the same shit. The cat will ambush the dog and bite legs and then the dog will pin her to the floor until she cries and then they break and reset and do it like 3 more times.
My thoughts exactly, that dog would have ended it if it wanted to.
I wonder if the goose had been pestering him?
Or maybe (maybe) is IA (?)
"You wanna fuck on me?!"
Hahahha
Dog was like "Ok Ok we good" and the goose was like "the fuck we are!"
Honk
Honk
Honk
Honk
honk gei boii
No! Nobody wants to fuck on you!
This made me laugh out loud and wake up my bf lmaooo
Lol awesome bud
I don't know who to cheer for in this situation

I can’t tell if that bird is a pet or dinner.
most likely a pet. That husky absolutely could of murdered that goose if it was dinner before the lady even reacted. That husky wanted to play and the goose wasnt haveing it

You come for the honk, you best not miss.
Man, I'm pretty sure everything is AI now... :(
otherwise r/whyweretheyfilming
I recently read a book where one of the monsters is a gigantic goose with 8 heads.
Stuff of nightmares
Man everything looks like IA in this era.
Why was she holding the dog back? He had that under control
Is this ai? I don’t even know anymore man
Yes
How so? /genq
The part where the door gets slammed back to the point where some light creeps in feels too detailed for AI to come up with
Hmm, maybe you're right
Scrolled down to find this comment.
Why the lady let go when she had it by the neck? Could have ended the fight there.
Geese are fkn agressive animals, never underestimate them
The goose does not understand peace.
Those fuckers are mean as shit. Years ago I went to a nice rehab that a pond and walking trail. There were some "tame" Chinese geese that lived at the pond but it was definitely their pond. They would let you get close but as soon as you crossed the line they were vicious.
Bet you the goose attacked first
Cibra chickens are tuff they will have there neck shredded and hanging with meat and still fight
*tough
*their
Language is made up.
That goose is all fight and no flight
Loser gets eattin for dinner
Cobra chicken doesn’t take shit from ANYONE!
You should have just left the dog alone.
That’s not playing behaviour the way he’s / she is after that duck, those dogs go after smaller animals like that, source; owned huskeys for a few decades.
This looks like every fight I see where someone holds one person back allowing them to get wailed on.
Geese are brutal
I thought that goose was cooked then he was like, “oh no, dog. You just fucked with the wrong bird!”
Reminded me of this scene:

Bird:
Looks like AI
Why the fuck would you have a husky around birds???? Huskies are notorious for killing small animals because of their prey drive.
Looks like north pole farm. Probably dog is mostly ok with birds but gooses are asholes to the moon so probably this two are one blood about fights.
Ironically, geese are better watchdogs than dogs. A friend of mine lived in a floating home, and every time he came home late at night, the geese would go berserk and wake up the whole marina.
Me tryna fight the goose in where winds meet and getting my ass handed to me
One of the few instances where the background music is actually appropriate and timed really well.
Geese and Swans take no shit, they can be very unpredictable and do you a lot of damage. I'm not surprised it's not backing down, they're quite vicious.
I’ll stand by my point that old people shouldn’t have big dogs. You should never own something that could have complete dominance over you if it wanted.
In that case, no one should have a goose.
Damn that goose landed 5 solid right hooks, and 2 left hooks.
That’s a chonky puppy
Where Winds Meet ptsd
SQUABBLE UP!!
Everyone gives Canadian geese shit but they're actually pretty chill. It's these white horned ones that are fukkin bastards. They'll take a kneecap out and I've seen them attack overly attentive toddlers. Avoid at all cost
My husky destroyed a goose in about 2 seconds.
Reminds me of middle school when girls would try to break up a fight but restrain one person only
Old mate goose here definitely deserved thos extra pecks.
Why is the lady helping the goose
Put the camera down and help
Grab the goose, lady !!!!
Great... can I get my soup without the fur and feathers in it please?!?
I wanted to say its ai but that is a goose.. they dont back down...
Goose ia as good as a guard dog!
Goose: 100% testosterone. 0% muscle mass
geese...
Good job. This is actually appropriate for the sub! 👍
they've a lot of videos doing just that (i forgot the name of the page). i think that's just them fooling around
Damn, that goose had beef! Lol
The goose probably
Poor Grandma doesn't know which one to punish, but she has definitely had enough of both of them!
Inviting a husky and a goose to share your home with you is a choice, and not one I would make lol
My family has a goose. She ain't fuckin with you and she makes that known. She likes me tho. She'll come up and hang out and rub her beak on me like she's preening me....
While she's hissing like she wants to murder me. It's so ridiculous. No one understands what's happening but they all think I'm brave for letting it happen.
dog made fun, else bird would be instant dead
“Here goose, let me hold this dog in place and make your attack much easier”
It's got that goose in it.
AI?
There’s history behind that grudge
I’m more worried about the dogs, eyes being packed… but it looks like they’re just playing
Oh my god?!? Looks funny! The expression on that huskies face!!! 🤣🤣🤣
First few seconds it looked like some type of mythical beast
Looks like the goose got the most pecks out of this. Poor husky!

I commented without looking first.

Is it real or AI?
Yes
Thanks for your help. 😅
Actually think it is real. First thought was that it’s ai but looking closely theres no clear tell.
Thank you. It's getting more and more difficult for me to tell. My kids will notice something "off" right off the bat, but not me. Lol
I watched this so many times before I realized there was a camera man. Or on this sub. I need some sleep.
I hate when the appetizer and entree fight each other. Ruins the meal.
Initially I thought this was one of those AI videos like when random exotic animals attack unsuspecting infants while they crawl around
out in the yard by themselves.
For the misfits who say the dog plays, I tell them that goose died. He has deep wounds on his head and neck, I don't understand the funny thing, that goose was fighting for his life.
Which one's lunch?
Get off of that bird.... let the bird go.... leave the bird alone.... wait.. get off of that dog.. let that dog go... leave that dog alone.

Real life reenactment of Israel vs Hamas.
