They caught me at my lowest. For those who don’t know, I posted earlier about how I had been using my phone for 12 hours a day, and many people in this group poured in their support, for which I’m really grateful. I managed to reduce it to 8 hours and then to 5 hours.

But I got really sick for two days. When we’re sick, both our mind and body are weak. At that moment, these habits crept back in and made my smartphone addiction relapse.

I’m taking this moment to reflect on my mistake and acknowledge that I’m relapsing. And to let you know, how cheap these social medias are designed without ethics. I’ll post again in about a week to share how it goes.
