That seems odd. That's a doctor visit if I've ever seen one. Don't fuck around with your feet
Do you run/workout? Recently changed shoes? Could be caused by rubbing. Happens to me when I get new soccer cleats.
New shoes actually.
I have dark spots and my foot care lady says it's a fungus which I am treating now
