So during the day my sugar fluctuates but nothing out of control. However, when I’m sleeping it seems to stabilize meaning it’s changes by maybe 2-3 points nothing drastic. I’ve been told that is “odd” and “not particularly normal” by my doctor. Has anyone else experienced this?

  • This is an awesome chart! Good job

  • This is normal and depends on your carbohydrate intake before sleeping. If I consume too many carbs before bed, I observe my levels fluctuating wildly throughout the night.

If it goes up too high exercises you can bring it down but there are times I have to walk 10 minutes to two hours just to keep it mid ranges before drops back. it's close to metformin effect.

  • It looks the same for me if I don't eat heavy carbs(bread an the likes) at dinners.

  • I think its normal. To me it looks like you just digest a little in your sleep which can be a good thing. As long as it comes down like your chart i dont see an issue

  • That’s pretty normal for me: rock steady through the night, a little dip before breakfast, then it all depends on what I eat, how the rest of the day will look.

  • Some nights are like that for me and other are more wavy

  • That's not odd. Body at rest with no carbs is stable.

  • I've had that kind of sugar whenever I eat mostly protein and fiber. It's a different story if I have SOME type of carb source during the day or dinner. 😅
