Raw veggies and ranch dip are fantastic. The crunch of the veggie, its flavor blending with the ranch. So good! The others too of course, but veggies and ranch for the win.
Dark chocolate. It doesn't even register on my CGM. The local supermarket chain has a no sugar added Ice cream sweetened with allulose -- again, doesn't register on my CGM. Plain Greek yogurt with frozen raspberries.
Interesting. My blood sugar climbs and plateaus for a couple hours if I eat a green apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter.
I’ll see if the Costco brand treats me better.
Check the added sugars on the peanut butter you have used. Of course, we all react a little differently, so maybe that isn’t viable for you.
My sister (non-diabetic) recently asked if I had tasted Laura Scudder’s peanut butter (she likes it because it is shelf-stable, she hates how refrigerated peanut butter is hard to spread).
Carrots with Dilly Dip, tzatziki or hummus. Although for true low carb value, celery sticks, cucumber spears or bell pepper slices are probably better.
Nuts are also great! And occasionally I have half an apple sliced up and spread with peanut butter: yum.
I have a massive sweet tooth so… When I have a sweet treat snack I go after these.
Siete brand cookies (all of them are pretty good), almond flour chocolate chip cookies (they come in these mini bags), yogurt bites, drizzlicious (every flavor is good, except the oreo), Sam’s club has these chocolate chip oat bars that are very good, and my favorite icecream is mammoth creameries.
For salty…
Porkrinds with tapatio and lime is the best, cucumbers with salt, tapatio, and lime is also very good, guacamole w multigrain chips, egg bites that are premade and you can just pop in the toaster oven/microwave/air fryer, boulder potato chips or lays (the little individual bags), popcorn, and lettuce wraps. The lettuce wraps can be with whatever you want but it’s gotta be romaine with turkey or ham some mayo, salt/pepper and some cheese. OR hummus with some cucumbers, tomato salt/pepper.
I’m a snacker and very lazy so I do make sure everything is relatively available in my fridge and semi prepped. The less work I have to do, the more inclined I am to eat as I need to.
Cheese
Nuts (salted peanuts if I’m feeling naughty, plain almonds if I’m being good, or a mix of the two)
Any meats like jerky, biltong, with plenty of seasoning
Raw carrots or peppers with a tiny bit of salt and pepper for flavour

The best!
Cheese, nuts, jerky, raw veggies w/ ranch dip.

Dried edamame
Under rated but a great snack!
pickles
Same. And olives.
Pumpkin seeds, cashews, pistachios, half a built bar puff, mozzarella cheese, apple, peanut butter, hard boiled eggs.
Almonds, cheese crisps, and beef jerky.
Flackers (flax seed crackers) - now I've been making my own homemade version with flax and chia!
Peanut butter smeared in apple slices. I love the Costco Natural peanut butter (it’s organic, too). No sugar added.

I keep it simple with the almonds
Cheese, strawberries, strawberry flavoured cheese, strawberries and cream, no sugar strawberries and cream lollies.
I might have a strawberry and dairy addiction
I rate it
Almonds. Also raw carrots. Usually not at the same time
Salted cashews, tamari almonds, cheese. There is this brand of oven baked pork crackle here is Aus that is very good.
Pumpkin seeds
Veggies and Ranch Dressing!
I was so worried about Ranch Dressing when I got diagnosed and then I found out how my carbs are in ranch and now its my favorite go to.

Nuts and fruit.
My go to is cheese. But I love Larabars.
Dried peas from TJ, walnuts, apple slices, Swiss cheese, peanut butter. All at the same time.
I freaking love carrots
Bavarian meat sticks. Quest Peanut Butter Cups. String cheese. Zero sugar greek yogurt. Quest chips. Bryers Carb Smart ice cream. Small handful of raisins
They're expensive but the Metimucil cinnamon crackers suffice as a dessert for me and they are wicked high in fiber.
I've started incorporating greek yogurt with nuts/berries often.
Recently starting using chia seeds with almond milk, letting it get all jelly, then enjoying them a few days throughout the week.
Try the powdered peanuts butter from Costco . Two tablespoons with only 4 gram net carbs . It’s the best and doesn’t spike glucose
Choc zero sugar peanut butter cups
Nuts and cheese.
Celery with cream cheese.
Kimchee, no rice
Peanuts

Zero Sugar candy: Twizzlers, Hershey's chocolate bars, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and others.
The Hershey's and Reese's are zero sugar "added", but they have enough carbs to ruin my day.
They have enough maltitol to ruin MY day. 😬
