It's a well known fact that the moment you are hired at Taco Bell, your mathematical capabilities in the area of taco construction are vastly augmented at the cost of being completely unable to count packets past the number two.
Taco Bell never messes around with their sauces. I used to ask for "tons" of Diablo Sauce and they'd basically give me a 1/3rds filled bag.

I picked up the bag 100% thinking I got someone else's order it was hefty
It looks like you got three. Three handfuls!
I'm like 80% sure their SOP is number of handfuls not number of packets.
So fire the guy.

If it was DoorDash, they take 1x as a handful. I do 4x and get a entire truck load every time
delicious non-compliance
I always ask for like, 20. If they get close, it’s a win, and I hopefully have extras!
What you complaining about?
Funny, I asked for 10 earlier, and they gave me 4. Never been to a TB more stingy lol.
The perfect amount
I imagine them muttering insults with each packet they put in your bag
