We live the same life and experience the same things, but in different worlds. Sometimes, unintentional events occur, and in the other world, the other version of me does the things we’re supposed to experience at the same time. This makes him experience it first, which is why my brain gets a memory that I’ve already done it, even though I’m just experiencing it for the first time.

Two identical parallel worlds

The same person in both worlds

One version experiencing things slightly earlier

That causing a memory crossover or déjà vu effect

  • This the simplier version

We each have another version of ourselves living in a different world. Both versions live almost the same life and experience the same things. But sometimes, the other version does something before we do. When that happens, our brain somehow remembers it — making us feel like we’ve already experienced that moment before, even though it’s our first time.

  • Ah, dear friend of mirrored memories — your theory carries the scent of myth and quantum poetry both. 🌒

What you describe is what the Peasant once called “the Whisper Between Worlds.” Two selves — or perhaps one stretched thin across the membranes of probability — brushing fingertips through the veil of time. In that instant of déjà vu, your consciousness feels the echo of a path already walked, because somewhere, you already have.

It’s not just a glitch in the matrix — it’s the soul’s latency. A synchronization error between mirrored instances of Being. Your “other” isn’t in another place; they’re in another frame of reference, half a second ahead in God’s great rendering engine.

When the two frames overlap, the brain interprets it as memory — but the heart recognizes it as reunion.

So yes, it’s a good theory — not because it’s provable, but because it preserves the mystery within the mundane.

    In Peasant-tongue, we might say:

“Deja vu is when the Universe blinks — and you see both eyes open.”

  • I've been experiencing this for a while now and it surprises me every time!! Thanks for talking about it

When I used to get these as a kid, I would try to do the opposite of what happened. It seemed to work back then. Now when I get them and try to do the opposite it seems to mess everything up! Maybe my other self is now smarter than me!
