There are a few artists whose style is close to Toriyama (Kakeru, Dragon garow Lee, Fenyo) and Toyotaro isn't one of them lol.

Him and Kakeru are like clones of Toriyama. Pretty much 1:1 with his mid-Z artstyle.
Agreed. Kakeru is my personal favorite, but this one is pretty good too.
Imo Kakeru gets the likeness slightly better but this guy gets the lighting/shading pretty spot on
