I’m 1.90m (approx. 6'3") and currently weighing in at 110kg. I’ve reached a point where I want to completely change my physique – less fat, more muscle, and way more energy.

Due to my job, I spend a lot of time sitting in front of a PC, often working through the night. This makes it hard to stay consistent on my own, and I’m looking for a motivated training partner to keep each other accountable.

About me:

• Location: Based in/near Lanang.

• Stats: 190cm / 110kg.

• Goal: Full body transformation & building discipline.

• Schedule: Flexible but looking for someone to hit the gym with or do outdoor workouts regularly.
