Hi Davaoeños! Asa pwede magpa notaryo, kanang di scam haha

Also, pwede ba direct relatives ang mag sign as witness sa document nga ipa notaryo?

And if yes, need ba nga present ang mga nag sign during notarizing or pwede ra sila mo pirma then ako nalang ang mag adto sa notary place?

Thank you sa maka tubag 🙏

  • sa PAO ka libre ra, atbang Ecoland terminal pangota lng sa mga naga baligya dha, Pag pantalon kay di na sila mag pa sulod if mag short ka

  • Daghan kaayo sa may City Hall Annex. Deretso na sila stamp as soon as u present the document, no need napud ang witnesses

Legit notaryo ang giask, those documents na ginapanotaryo sa City Hall kay questionable. Naay tariff ginafollow ang IBP but they only ask for P50 per document ipanotarize which is way below the tariff haha

  • At the SK building there are lawyers there. No need for witnesses to bring and sign the notarial sheet/book. I have my staff go there if we need the document immediately. Fast and they don’t ask questions. Cheaper, quicker too than your own lawyers on retainer.

  • Where are you located, OP? I am located in the south, and can recommend someone in you reside in the area. I get a document regularly notarized at the law office I frequent.

NAL, but as far as I know, witnesses have to be two disinterested parties na hindi related sa iyo. They also have to be present during the signing at the law office. Hope this helps.

    North area ko.

I see. Go to the City Legal Office. They notarize documents there. I got my PDS done previously for Php 200. Price may vary depending on kind and number of documents to be notarized, but the CLO does it a reduced cost compared to most private law firms. Good luck.

Big help po! I'll try this one before going sa private.

Glad to be of help. Go to the City Hall, akyat ka sa stairs on the left side, and go down the hall on the second floor until you see the door leading to the City Legal Office on the left side. Pasok ka lang, upo ka sa couch, and tell the staff that you are there for notarization, explain mo lang yung pangangailangan mo, along with presentation of documents and supporting files. There is always a lawyer or two on duty, pending official business that takes them away from their desk. It is fairly quick and simple.
