If you're trying to get UMID under SSS, they do not issue one anymore, as they take the National ID as the replacement for UMID. One thing close to UMID for SSS is the MySSS Card, but they stated that it is not mandated to be taken as a valid ID, so some may not accept it as a valid form of identification.

If a government employee, with GSIS. if an employee of a private company, inquire with SSS. Got mine via GSIS before. Good luck!
