this is the reason why i also chose a medical profession, cause employers do none of these BS time wasters since theres a global shortage of health workers they drop the pretense and just check for your license and hire you
You forgot 3 different panel interviews where they all ask generic HR questions. “Tell about a time where you and a coworker disagreed but found resolution”
Don't waste your time on any process that is longer or more labor demanding than 3 interviews with a human. You can make exception to platform reusable online tests (since you only do them once and can use for multiple companies).
Anything else is a waste of your time, it just means their TA team is too lazy to do their job and wants you to do it for them. If they want to reward cheaters, let them hire cheaters.
I guess I got lucky then,my phase was the photo above, got to the application part, arranged a meeting with the boss, got the job on Monday, been there for a year and 5 months now

Working in the medical field, I just show my credentials, have an interview, and get a job.

Same in woodworking. Albeit I didn’t get a stable job to start, but it is correctly paid, with a good environment, and possible raises and promotions.
