This is my current stack. Is this overkill? Which ones do you recommend ordering again once I’m finished? Also open to feedback on different supplements that help with watery not thick enough cum.
Get rid of: Bulpine, Mpesu, Lysine, Kigelia, Microdesmis, Moringa, and Cynomrium. Maybe pine pollen unless thats Pygeum. Most of what you have are bad ingredients that won't work tbh. This is an odd stack
Add: Zinc, Pygeum, Selenium, Swedish Flower Pollen, Vitamins D/K
I’m still new to supplements. So I was experimenting with what I currently have. I’ve only ever used Tongkat Ali, Ashwaghanda and Cistanche before this stack. The ones you recommended what would you say each one is good for. I’m always open to new information and finding what works best.

This is fucked
What do you recommend since this is fucked?
Lecithin is the only one of those you need for thickening And make sure it's not soy.
It’s 1200 mg of Lecithin, on the packet it does say Allergy Advice: Soy so not sure if that means the pills are soy

God did you even look at the thread before buying all this junk?
Just joined today brother so I’m new to the supplements game
But like what’s your research?
Less watery, thicker loads, better sexual arousal, increasing testosterone + top of working out mainly that
That’s not research. That’s goals.
Don’t you do research for goals
