Is it the straps that's an issue? I just tied them tightly so they wouldn't fall off. But i haven't worn it for a long amount of time, just tried on to make sure it'd fit so i don't know yet if it will fall off if i wore it for real 😅
Oh! Sorry. I didn't have problems with that actually. But the tutorial i followed said to make sure that the length of the foundation chain be long enough that when stretched, can easily slip past your boobs.
So for example on my project, i needed the foundation chain to be 30 inches that can stretch to 32 inches. I think i did a total of 96 foundation chains (tutorial only used 80 foundation chains even if we both needed to reach 30 inches).
I hope i'm relaying this info correctly, english is not my first language hehe

Congratulations on your first wearable, it looks great!!!
How are those straps? They look rather insubstantial, like they'd stretch or cut in after a bit.
Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
The straps are just chains, knotted into the top. I'm sure they'd stretch out over time but its easily fixable :)
So cute! 🧡
Thank you! ❤️❤️
What yarn do u use for wearables like a t-shirt for summer? Is cotton yarn good or just use acrylic yarn?
I had an excess of acrylic yarn from making the egg bag (i overestimated lol) so i just used that. Not easy to find cotton yarn too :(
It looks great! I started this one but I had trouble with making it fit over my shoulders without being too loose, did you have any issues there?

It was the waist area, I couldn’t get it over my shoulders. Or did I misunderstand something?

Ah unfortunately I think I just have too wide shoulders then. Thanks for your help though!
