I have made a headpiece with petty sizeable antlers (65cm in spread), but when i move they wobble from side to side. The headband iade is very secure on the head (i padded it with foams and also use a chinstrap). But the antlers themselves move all over the place.
Is there any way to fix this?
(The antlers are made from expanding foam and coated in paper mache, with a wire skeleton, which i have glued and taped to the base. they weigh 300 grams. The base itself is made from millinary wire) Above is a crude visualisation.

a brace band (a firm curved piece) within the headpiece to secure the antlers to.
eg. the hair band many xmas headwear is attached to

Could this work horizontall? (The antlers i made are placed on the forhead part of the headpiece) Also, how would you secure them to the braceband?
yes, but you may need to add a strap or 2 to keep it in place
you could use drywall anchors in the foam to screw them to the band
