Isn't this from a beer or something? I've seen this before in a bar setting. Maybe it was just on a coaster
I saw it on a coaster at a bar once but someone told me they saw it on an actual glass of beer too so..
This is an old illustration that has been used by many restaurants and pubs. In Paris I know 2 restaurants using this illustration as a logo or menu opening.
I remember seeing this in an old YouTube video from the early-mid 2000s about subliminal messages that ended with a creepy song and a jumpscare
In the 80s, I worked in a restaurant that had this exact design in stained glass for the signage. Upright, of course.

I’ve seen a picture of it on a pack of sugar
that’s some malignant growth at her right knee though.
And I really don't want to see the rest of that left foot
The wrong orientation does make you wonder wtf is going on with her right leg
These days, people might call it AI instead of flipping it around.
It's art baby, it doesn't need to make any sense.

No you didn't.
"new"
wow, two very different images!!
Same same but different
At least she cups the balls.
I'm a fan of her right hand and her left foot and her right knee
Turned my phone upside down then let out a sensible chuckle. Well done.
Hear me out...
Hang it sideways and let your guests see one thing or the other first.
That is good, good sir.
Everything reminds me of her.
I should at least text her
